Development & Vicissitude
　　Our comapany founded in 1996 and the predecessor is Wenzhou Lucheng Huangguan Shoe Leather Factory. It changed to Wenzhou Shidali Shoes Co., Ltd in 1997. In 1999, we founded holding company, Sino-foreign Joint Venture Wenzhou Tianya Shoes Co., Ltd(charge the stock of 75%) and gained self-support imports and exports rights. We set up Zhejiang Shidali Shoes Co., Ltd in Dec, 2001 due to superadd the registered capital renewedly.

Registered Capital & Enterprise Scale
　　Now, our company's registered capital is 1500 ten thousand RMB and the Tianya Shoes' registered capital is 50 ten thousand $. The employee is more than 1016. We have imported ten advanced automatic production lines from Italy, Taiwan and etc areas which let our output up to 450 the thousand pairs of women & men's shoes, leather sandal and sport shoes. Our advanced technology and equipment have become to the key technology alteration of Zhejiang Leather Industrial Union. Shidali Industrial Zone covered the area of 60000m2 including the construction area of 54000m2 and the virescence area of 24000m2. A modern industrial zone has been built.

In 2004, our output is 3610000 pairs and the sales income is 243020000 RMB which lies in No.15 and No.17 at Zhejiang Leather Calling respectively.
